An international foundation had opened a new satellite office which needed help clarifying its goals, roles and responsibilities to avoid duplication of efforts with headquarters.

Conducted an in-depth qualitative analysis through interviews with 30 key stakeholders to identify core organisational issues (what is working? what is not working?)
Enabled the client to verify hypotheses on root causes for issues and decide on action items for solutions
Introduced a new team meeting rhythm designed to increase collaboration, transparency and impact
Optimised the interface with headquarters
Created a narrative for the newly introduced office structure to support internal communication
