Getting ready for SRS reporting - advisory services for an international NGO
Client Challenge
The Social Reporting Standard (SRS) is increasingly being adopted as a standard within the German and European social sector. An international NGO wanted help in filling key gaps needed to report under the SRS.

- Mapped current annual reporting against SRS criteria in a simple SRS readiness checklist we created
- Facilitated client workshop bringing together key programme and communications teams to develop impact value chains for key program areas and overall theory of change
- Finalised impact value chains and theory of change in visually compelling presentation
