We have contributed to all of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals through our projects.
We spent 120+ days on volunteering and pro-bono activities and constantly work on reducing our carbon footprint and offset it.
Since 2015, we have received around 1,000 job applications and have had 38 talented people join our team from different cultural and professional backgrounds.
Team Retreats
Since 2015, we have dedicated 12
team retreats for strategic planning, consulting training and team building.
Learning Sessions
39 learning and reflection sessions were held in 2019, during which team members shared key lessons learned within specific projects and moments of personal growth.
VfG Breakfasts
We were joined by 17 inspiring
guests since 2015 to share their stories and career insights over informal breakfasts. They included entrepreneurs, musicians and politicians.
