Theresa Hannes is Associate at Value for Good. Prior to joining Value for Good, Theresa started her career in strategy consulting at Boston Consulting Group in Berlin, focusing on projects in the public sector.
Originally from Erfurt in Germany, she has lived and studied across several countries, including Burkina Faso, Guatemala, Australia, Argentina, Benin and USA. Theresa worked as a Carlo Schmid Programme fellow in the Public Private Partnerships Division in UNICEF (United Nations Children’s Fund) in New York City and gained professional experience in a West African non-governmental organization (Solidarités Agricoles Intégrées), focusing on local economic development.
Theresa holds a Master of Public Policy from Willy Brandt School (Erfurt University) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Intercultural Business Communication from Jena University. As part of her undergraduate studies, Theresa spent a semester at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (UNC) in Argentina.
