Rayd Abu-Ayyash collaborates with Value for Good on a variety of projects. Although he was born in Berlin, Rayd grew up mainly in Jordan and has worked, studied and lived throughout his life across three continents with longer stays in Germany, Jordan, the USA, Dubai and the UK.
Rayd holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University and has vast experience consulting senior executives across the public and private sector. He started his career in banking before he joined the Dubai office of McKinsey & Company in 2003 where he gained experience advising companies across a wide range of industries. From 2011 until 2015 he was Head of Strategy and Corporate Communications of the Capital Bank of Jordan.
