Conducted internal stock-taking exercise of current social investments and proposed major global focus areas

Reviewed industry best practices and standards related to impact reporting

Implemented a framework enabling systematic data collection to monitor activities and measure impact



Through this project our client was able to systematically and regularly collect data on topical focus areas, key outputs and impacts of its social investments worldwide. This allows to aggregate and compare data across countries and to better steer social investments.
