Christal Wang is a visiting Consultant at Value for Good. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, her latest work as a Consultant at Bain & Company’s Toronto office has brought her to various locations across Canada and the US. Her previous work includes leading strategy & international growth for technology startup Drop Technologies and supporting marketing strategy for a multinational company.
At Bain & Company, her focus was in commercial due diligence, Social Impact, and strategy development. Her commercial due diligence work spanned industries across industrials, technology, consumer, healthcare, hospitality and infrastructure spaces for both private equity and strategy buyers. She led Social Impact efforts in terms of pro bono cases, internal corporate activities and external partner relations. At Drop Technologies, she led the strategy and execution of their first international launch into the US. In her free time, she advises University of Toronto pro bono consulting teams across undergraduate and masters levels.
Christal’s passions lie at the intersection of social impact and technology, where there is an extraordinary amount of potential in various realms for cultural and structural change.
