Value for Good helped an internationally operating German consumer goods company benchmark itself against its peers and good industry practice along twelve key criteria related to sustainability.
We conducted a systematic ranking of the company against six other companies using a 5-point scale to clearly identify the client’s strengths and weaknesses and demonstrate to them which companies were leading the way and why.
Based on this benchmark exercise, the client was better positioned to assess its sustainability needs and to develop a comprehensive strategy for its international group of companies.
