Client: Global partnership in humanitarian sector
We conducted the mid-term evaluation of the strategy of a global partnership in the humanitarian sector to inform the design of the partnership going forward. The cross-sectoral partnership includes members from NGOs, corporations, governmental bodies and international organisations that work together to provide communications services in the case of emergencies.
For the mid-term evaluation, we conducted a systematic progress monitoring of partnership roadmap activities and surveyed more than 80 partnership stakeholders from across the sectors to assess key success factors and obstacles encountered. Based on these insights, we derived high-level recommendations for the partnership going forward. We presented our findings during a global annual meeting and facilitated group work on the new partnership model design.
Thanks to this work, our client has a clearer understanding of the obstacles and success factors encountered. In addition, the recommendations derived will give the partnership the tools to adjust its strategy going forward.
