Client: Global partnership in humanitarian sector
We conducted a mid-term evaluation to examine strategies involved in the design of a global partnership within the humanitarian sector. The cross-sectoral partnership includes members from NGOs, corporations, governmental bodies and international organisations, who work together to provide communication services in case of emergencies.
For the evaluation, we conducted a systematic progress monitoring of partnership roadmap activities and surveyed more than 80 partnership stakeholders from across the sectors to assess key success factors and obstacles encountered. Based on these insights, we derived high-level recommendations for the partnership going forward. We presented our findings during an annual global meeting and facilitated group work on the new partnership design model.
Thanks to this work, our client has a clearer understanding of the obstacles and success factors encountered throughout the assessment. Additionally, these recommendations will give the partnership the necessary tools to improve its strategy going forward.
