We helped a UN organisation define more relevant performance management KPIs (key performance indicators) to improve internal management and external reporting.
In close collaboration with the client, we set up the foundations of a balanced scorecard to align individual managerial performance with overall organisation goals.
As a result of this project, the UN organisation in question has been able to focus its management and human resources efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its operations.
