We conducted a workshop in Berlin for a group of social entrepreneurs from Eastern Europe. The interactive session was sponsored by SAP as part of the Social Impact Start program.
The participants learned how to craft their own theory of change and efficient metrics in order to better communicate their generated value to potential donors and investors.
By the end of the day, participants felt they had a much clearer grasp of the importance of impact measurement and had some ideas on how they would do this in their organisations.
