Dear Reader,

 

Since founding Value for Good in December 2014, a lot has happened. The first six months of the year we spent sharpening our value proposition, building our corporate identity as well as establishing our first long-standing client relationships to ensure a solid economic foundation.

 

In June we decided it was time to move from a shared working space into our own office, situated in the heart of Berlin Mitte. Over the summer we dedicated most of our time to recruit and build a talented team, which culminated in our first Value for Good retreat September 16-18th at the Baltic Sea.

 

With the passion and dedication of our people we were able to complete 10 projects to our clients’ satisfaction, secure new projects through the end of 2016 and even kick-start our first pro-bono engagement. All in all, it was a great year – full of excitement and hard work, coupled with a lot of joy and positive energy. We very much look forward to 2016 and will be committed to achieving our goals related to our client work, talent, environment and community as outlined in this report.
